For CT2001 thermostats. The thermostat
must be set to a maximum heat 70 degrees and minimum
cool of 76 degrees. The thermostats must also have
the Partial lock enable and running a 7 day schedule
that is consistent with the EnergyStar recommendations
on page 68 of the manual.
For CT100 thermostats. The thermostat
must run it's default EnergyStar recommended temperature

your refund once we receive the thermostat back with
all the supporting documentation
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
The unit must be returned in working order with the
original manual, materials and packaging. There is a $20/unit restocking fee on returns that are sent back which are not deemed defective by our test facility.

1 Year limited
We offer a 1 Year limited warranty.
If your unit stops working within 1 year of purchase,
we will replace it free of charge. Warranty is void
if the unit has been installed incorrectly or has
been abused or broken outside of normal wear and tear.
